Three arrested in ongoing investigation
MORGAN COUNTY – Three people have been arrested in an ongoing stealing investigation.
Last Wednesday (August 20) the Morgan County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) arrested three individuals for their roles in an ongoing Fugitive and Stealing investigation.
Kaleb Henson, 43, of Eldon, Daneil Wry, 36, of Barnett and Gabriel Wood, 30, also of Eldon, were all arrested near a residence in Barnett, Missouri.
According to the MCSO, at the time of their arrest they were in possession of a large amount of high-value hand tools and batteries.
They were charged by Morgan County Prosecuting Attorney Dustin Dunklee with the following crimes;
1. Daniel Wry was charged with one count of Burglary, 2nd Degree, one count of Stealing-Over $750, one count of felony Resisting Arrest and one count of 2nd Degree Property Damage. His bond was set at $500,000.
These charges are in addition to his previous charges of Delivery of a Controlled Substance, Unlawful Possession of a Firearm and Unlawful Use of a Weapon with a bond of $250,000.
2. Kaleb Henson was charged with one count of Burglary, 2nd Degree, one count of Stealing-Over $750, one count of Possession of Burglary Tools and one count of 2nd Degree Property Damage. His bond was set at $100,000.
3. Gabriel Wood was charged with one count of Burglary, 2nd Degree, one count of Stealing-Over $750, one count of Hindering Prosecution of a Felony and one count of 2nd Degree Property Damage. His bond was set at $50,000.
These arrests are a direct result of an investigation spearheaded by the Morgan County Fugitive Apprehension Security Team {FAST) and the Missouri State Highway Patrol’s Operation Relentless Pursuit (ORP).
Note that these charges are allegations and all suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
