Registration open for Street Meet

LAKE OF THE OZARKS - Registration is officially open for the 31st Annual Magic Dragon Street Meet Nationals

Car Show participants are encouraged to register early, as registration is limited to the first 1,000 show cars.

The 31st Annual event will take place May 3-5, 2019 at the Bagnell Dam Strip.

The Lake Area Chamber of Commerce said they are pleased to announce, for their fifth year in a row, Summer USA as the Presenting Sponsor for the Magic Dragon Street Meet.

“We are proud to be part of such a significant event which benefits the entire Lake area,” stated Joe Page, owner of Summer USA.

The Magic Dragon Street Meet Nationals is also famous for being the only car show in the Midwest that gives away a brand new muscle car every year, thanks to Lake Ozark Daybreak Rotary.

“The Lake Area Chamber is proud to host this annual event and like any other successful event, it takes the support of many sponsors and countless community partners to host one of the largest car shows in the Midwest” stated Chamber Executive Director, K.C. Cloke.

The Magic Dragon Street Meet Nationals brings back the vintage era to the Historic Bagnell Dam Strip, with Rat Rods, to muscle cars, with classics, mixed in with a flash of new style.

New in 2018 was the addition of the Firestone Ally featuring family activities along with Bigfoot Monster Truck.

The Lake Area Chamber also announced that they will be bringing back the Firestone Ally once again and that Bigfoot Monster Truck will be participating in the show for the second year in a row.

Early bird registration takes place from January 1 until March 31 and includes discounted registration of $40, an Annual Dash Plaque and a Commemorative Car Show Calendar.

Pre-Registrations made after April 1 will be at a rate of $45 and will only be accepted until April 26 or until the 1,000 car limit is reached.

You can register your car online at or by calling the Lake Area Chamber of Commerce at 573-964-1008.
